Senior Client Solutions Manager
The Senior Client Solutions Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with retailers and / or consumer packaged goods companies. Their primary responsibility is representing the company during negotiation and execution of special project coverage in stores, including accurate billing, reporting and analysis at project conclusion. The Senior Client Solutions Manager will ensure superior project execution and building additional business opportunities within their clients. They may also manage the work of Client Solutions Managers / Client Solutions Coordinators as well as support members within the IMPACT Business Operations and Field Teams.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma / GED
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years' experience working in the CPG industry, supporting manufacturer or retailer initiatives
Experience developing and managing others
Prior experience that demonstrated sales skills with a retailer, food broker, agency or major consumer products company.
Solid understanding of working with retail service organizations and in-store execution
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Valid driver's license and be able to drive a car.
Willing to travel.
Proficient in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function.
Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations
