Service Specialist

We are seeking driven, professional Service Specialist to join our team in a Legal Office Environment. The Service Specialist will play a key role in providing high-quality reproduction services, in reprographics, finishing equipment, mail services, receptionist services, hospitality and workflow processes. Customer services skills are a must to ensure total customer satisfaction through understanding of expectations, policies and procedures.

Location : Summerlin, Nevada

Schedule : Hours of Operation 7 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Compensation : $17.00 - $17.00 Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by customer.
• Must be able to work alone and as a team.
• Utilizing high speed copiers.
• Knowledge of finishing equipment such as (velo, coil and spiral binding).
• Perform quality control checks on all work flow produced.
• Schedule individual jobs and determine which equipment should be used based on size and complexity.
• Troubleshoot jams and perform normal Key Operator preventative maintenance on copier equipment.
• Monitor usage of materials and supplies to place orders.
• Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommended technical direction.
• Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in high volume, production environment.
• Understanding of receptionist duties and responsibilities.
• Understanding of hospitality duties and responsibilities.
• Know, understand and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times.
