Director of Engineering Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to shape and drive the technical roadmap and strategic priorities

Monitor project health, remove roadblocks, and ensure follow-through on initiatives

Build and manage tools for program execution and maintain dashboards for performance visibility

Required Qualifications

7+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Strategy, or Operations in technology environments

Background in STEM (Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent technical experience

Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and driving operational efficiency

Ability to lead with influence and build consensus in complex situations

Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing ambiguity
