Quality Assurance Lead

A company is looking for a QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and own the quality assurance function, defining processes and standards for product quality

Evaluate and select testing tools, and design and implement comprehensive testing strategies

Perform hands-on manual testing, develop an automation roadmap, and advocate for a quality culture across teams

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience

Fluency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI or gRPC

Experience with SQL and relational databases

Knowledge of Docker and container-based deployment

Proven experience in QA or software testing, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
