Care Facilitator / Behavioral Health Tech. (Full Time)

Location : Olathe, KS

STARTING PAY $20.00 / hr

FT / PT $3.00 pay differential ($23 / hr.) from Friday 5pm - Sunday 10pm

Shifts Needed : 12pm-10pm with Sunday and / or Saturday availability

Major Duties

• Provide high quality therapeutic care for children, ranging in age from 6-18 years of age, within the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.
• Provide life skills instruction, coping and team building skills for each child.
• Encourage physical, emotional and behavioral growth and development for youth.
• Maintain the safety and security of the children in care and attend to their needs in a nurturing way.
• Provides complete documentation as required.
• Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, leadership is valued and diversity is respected.
• Shifts, 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm or 12 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm. 1 day each weekend availability is preferred.
