Schedule : Various

Location : 47 Edison Pl, Newark, New Jersey, 07108

As the IT Supervisor at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp, you will lead the IT team in maintaining and optimizing all technology systems that support the club’s operations. You will oversee daily IT activities, ensure system security and reliability, and coordinate projects to improve the club’s technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support the IT team, including IT Associates and other technical staff
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and POS systems
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and maintained to protect club data and systems
  • Coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades, new technology rollouts, and infrastructure improvements
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide training and technical support to club staff on IT systems and equipment
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, and project status for management
  • Manage IT resources and budget effectively

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in IT supervision or team leadership, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of networks, hardware, software, POS systems, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Experience with IT project management and vendor coordination
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
