Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of techniques to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function. Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of physical therapy practice. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills. [Add any specific responsibilities relevant to the specific role or setting] 3-5 years of Physical Therapy experience is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before the start date. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
