About The Little Gym

With more than 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is a non-competitive, curriculum-based gymnastics program for children ages 4 months-12 years. We help kids build confidence, physical skills, and a love of movement through music, imagination, and play - all in a safe, positive environment.

The Role

The Program Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for class quality, curriculum delivery, and coach development. This role requires gymnastics experience and the ability to teach, spot, and train instructors while setting the standard for safe, engaging, high-energy classes.

You'll spend a lot of time on the floor teaching, mentoring coaches, and ensuring every class is delivered with safety, structure, energy, andimagination.
