Role Summary
Shift Leaders are responsible for creating Raving Fans. Their responsibilities include :
- Execute operational excellence Develop trust with guests through meeting the Quality requirements all day every day.
- Deliver 2ndMile Service Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
- Activate Emotional Connections Strengthen relationships with guests and the community.
Must obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 5 days of employment .
General Responsibilities
Shift Leader responsibilities include :Opens and closes the restaurant
Count and verify drawers
Develops Team Leaders
Directs our shifts
Identify, analyze, and solve issues that arise in a fast-paced environment
Maximizes productivity in the restaurant Makes sure that every area of the restaurant is running efficiently
Requirements
Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per weekUnderstand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.Skills
