Outpatient Cleveland : located in the Dover YMCA, hospital-based clinic

Minimum Years of Experience required : 1 year

BLS, State licensure

PT : both neuro and ortho experience preferred

EMR : EPIC

Scrub Color : Light Gray

Parking : Free

Required Qualifications
