Job Description

We are hiring a Project Consultant to join our team at Empresa de Residuos RESITER S.A. . This is a full-time, commission-based position based in Lexington, KY, with opportunities across multiple territories nationwide.

Key Responsibilities include :

Educating homeowners on the insurance restoration process
Performing roof inspections and documenting storm-related damage
Building trust through transparent communication and follow-through
Guiding customers through contract signing and project scheduling
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Representing Aspen with professionalism, integrity, and heart

Skills and Qualifications :

Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Sales experience is a plus but not required; training provided
