The Opportunity : We are seeking a HR Recruitment & Regional Office Brand Marketing Lead to develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies that attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand. This role involves optimizing the candidate journey across various recruitment marketing channels and building strong relationships with HR and regional leadership. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing external marketing agencies to achieve specific KPIs and project goals, while leveraging data and market insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize recruitment campaign performance. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.

What You'll Do :

• Leads collaborative relationships with Business Partners and Marketing in the development of marketing plans and strategies.
• Integrates cross-functional collaboration and innovations by supplying subject matter expertise between Business Partners and Marketing.
• Leads the delivery of status updates on marketing, sales and service activities to key stakeholders.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Lead integrated team in the development of multi-channel creative campaigns to motivate audience to "take action".
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities that help support development of marketing strategies.
• Responsible for managing assigned Marketing budget / s.
• Provides coaching and training to team members.
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Compensation range : The salary range for this position is : $127,310 - $243,340. USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Please do not apply for this role if at any time (now or in the future) you will need immigration support (i.e., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT Training Plans, etc.).

USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
