Executive Director Of Easterseals Northwest Ohio
Location : Bowling Green, Ohio
Pay : Up to $145,000 Based On Qualifications And Experience.
Shift : Monday - Friday 8a-5p Flex
Job Summary :
The Executive Director (ED) will provide visionary leadership and overall management oversight of all programming
operations within the organization. The ED must be a results driven visionary leader committed to enhancing the
overall quality and sustainability of the organization. The ED will work closely with the executive team to ensure the
organization is aligned with the strategic direction of the network. The ED will collaborate with staff, support functions,
and external stakeholders to maintain program integrity, enhance service outcomes, and promote a culture of
inclusivity and support driven by the network’s values. The ED will oversee the development and implementation of
effective operational policies / procedure, ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, and work toward
continuous improvement to elevate the lives of those served through the organization.
Additionally, the ED will serve as the face and advocate for the organization, building and maintaining strong
relationships with key stakeholders including families, community leaders, government agencies, donors, other service
providers and the board. In collaboration with the CEO, the ED will cultivate board engagement in fundraising efforts
and strategic initiatives to drive the organization’s growth and sustainability. The ED will oversee in the implementation
of the strategic plan, program development and delivery, staff management, financial oversight, community
engagement, fundraising, and external relations for the organization. The ED must have a deep understanding of the
support and services provided by the organization and ensure a stellar reputation is maintained. The ED must be a
collaborative leader with a passion for innovation and growth.

Work Environment / Conditions :
The Executive Director will work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment dedicated to enhancing the
lives of the individuals supported. The role requires a high degree of leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration, and
the Executive Director will interact with staff, board members, community partners, and external stakeholders on a
regular basis. The work environment is characterized by a strong commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and service
excellence.
This position involves both office-based work and occasional travel to community locations, meetings, and events. The
Executive Director must be able to adapt to a range of operational demands, balancing strategic decision-making with
hands-on leadership. As the primary spokesperson for the organization, the ED may be required to represent the
organization at public forums, advocacy events, and with local or state agencies. Due to the nature of the services
provided, the Executive Director must be prepared to address sensitive issues involving individuals served and their
families with empathy, integrity, and professionalism. The role requires a flexible, adaptable approach, as the needs of
the individuals served, and the organization may evolve over time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be
required to attend meetings, fundraising events, or community outreach initiatives
