Job description

Sales Administrator

Royal Waste in Queens is looking to add a Sales Administrator to our growing Sales team.

Our priority is to hire a professional Sales Administrator who cares about the safety of our drivers and the service we provide to the community. As a Sales Administrator with us, the minimum responsibilities include :

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Support Outside Sales efforts
  • Manage order processing and data entry using Salesforce CRM
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide municipal support for local contracts
  • Set up new customers and manage broker accounts
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Utilize proficient computer skills (working knowledge of Word and Excel)
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be task-oriented and highly motivated
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • May require occasional out-of-town travel

Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM

Pay Rate starting : $22-$25 Hourly, depending on experience

Ideal Candidate Will Possess :

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Salesforce experience (a plus)
  • 2 years of high-volume customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred
