Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff and management.
- Maintain the office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documents and materials.
- File and maintain important documents and records in an organized manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Benefits
