Hill International is seeking a Proposal and Graphics Intern in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Hill International is looking for an Intern to support our Proposal and Graphics team in writing, reviewing, and formatting professional documentation. This role will focus on ensuring resumes, reports, and internal documents are consistent and aligned with company standards. You will also gain hands-on experience working with a CRM system, learning how to organize and manage information effectively.

This role is 2 days a week for 8 hours a day (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and on-site in Philadelphia, PA.

• Edit and review resumes and other documents for accuracy, clarity, and writing style guidelines.
• Format documents to align with organizational templates.
• Gather and verify information from multiple sources to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Upload, track, and maintain information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Proposal and Graphics team members to ensure documents meet business needs.
• Must be local to Philadelphia, PA and willing to work on-site.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar, formatting, and detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple documents and tasks at once.
• Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems (training provided).
• Strong problem-solving and research skills.
