Job Description & Requirements ER Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 144 hours / month, 12s or 24s Pay Rate : $360000.00 - $415000.00 This opportunity offers a competitive independent contractor rate and a supportive environment. Our facilities consist of 16 beds- 8 ED beds and 8 inpatient beds. You will manage and treat a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring quality care and patient safety. Apart from Burleson, these are solo coverage.

• Full time- Employed or 1099 12, 12s or 6, 24s 144 hours / month Burleson, 12s, 47 patients per day Grand Prairie 12s, 29 patients per day Mansfield 24s, 21 patients per day Murphy, 24s, 21 patients per day Rockwall, 12s, 33 patients per day
• Support staff : Nurses, rad tech, ED tech (paramedic doing labs, IVs, EKGs, etc.), hospitalists are telemedicine
• EPIC EMR
• Onsite labs, 24 / 7 CT, Xray, Ultrasounds Compensation & Benefits
• $220-240 / hour for 1099, Up to $208 / hour for W2
