Pennsylvania Licensed Staff Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist Refill Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

Gather pertinent information from incoming calls regarding medications and address medication-related questions and issues

Review patient medication profiles to ensure safety and appropriateness of medication orders

Document encounters and authorize prescription refills based on clinical guidelines and collaborative practice agreements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required), Doctoral Degree (Preferred)

Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days

Experience in a clinical environment

Proficiency in order processing and clinical judgment

Ability to participate in the creation and update of scripting and documentation materials
