Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a full-time Prefinish Longline Machine Operator to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare all material before loading onto prefinish machine
• Load / unload material properly onto / off the prefinish machine
• Accountable for the product and assembly you are working on
• Pick material using a stand / sit forklift
• Manage orders to be completed in full and on time
• Use a scanner gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locations
• Inspect all material for quality
• Have constant communication with department lead on progress with work orders
• Work together with a team throughout the warehouse to achieve maximum efficiency with 100% complete and on-time deliveries
• Other duties as assigned
