About the Role :

LMArena is looking for a Lead Brand Designer to establish the creative foundation for how our brand is seen and experienced - by our community, customers, and the AI industry at large. This is a foundational role : you'll be the first dedicated brand designer, responsible for building our design system from the ground up and shaping the creative culture of the company.

You'll lead the development of a brand identity that feels credible, community-driven, and innovative - capturing both the scientific rigor and human energy behind LMArena. Your work will influence everything from product visuals and educational content to launch campaigns, events, and investor communications.

This is a rare opportunity to build a globally visible brand at the intersection of AI, research, and community.

What you'll do :

• Create compelling, thoughtful design assets across web, product, video, social, events, and print.
• Develop and scale LMArena's brand identity, guidelines, and design system - ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Translate complex technical ideas into simple, engaging, and digestible visuals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to craft the creative narrative that carries across campaigns, launches, and public moments.
• Partner with freelancers, agencies, and vendors to uphold design quality.
• Contribute to shaping LMArena's design culture and help grow a world-class creative team.
