Learning Content Designer

The Learning Content Designer participates in the planning, design, development, and delivery of high quality, technology-enabled discovery and learning experiences. The Content Designer will work

closely with educational leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) in delivering all modalities including technology enhanced face-to-face courses, web-based, virtual and/or blended courses and programs in accordance with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and current research. The employee have responsibility for instructional design, project management, and collaboration with SMEs to develop instructional materials to support transformation in curriculum design, innovative use of technology, and enhanced learning outcomes.

The base pay range for this position is $36.80, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
