We're looking for a Landscaping Job Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate has landscaping experience, enjoys teaching, and is motivated to support clients with disabilities in building skills and careers. What You'll Do

• Perform landscaping tasks : mowing, edging, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, fertilizing, and monitoring plant health.
• Work alongside clients (1 Job Coach to 3 clients) to provide hands-on training and support.
• Track client progress with weekly notes.
• Partner with supervisors and case managers to ensure success.
• Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with job site employers.
