Job description
A company is looking for an RN Coordinator - Utilization Review Behavioral Health Remote PRN Days.
Key Responsibilities
Identify clinical, financial, and psychosocial needs of patients and develop individualized care plans with the multidisciplinary team
Perform admission and concurrent reviews, applying clinical guidelines and initiating authorizations for post-acute care
Maintain accurate case records and document in patients' medical records according to standards
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
Applicable state RN licensure required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider per facility requirements
Related experience preferred
Ability to work in an office setting with extensive walking and prolonged periods of sitting
