Translate sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and growth targets into actionable demand signals that Operations can confidently execute against

Build and drive a disciplined demand planning cadence (S&OP) to ensure alignment across all key stakeholders

Leverage shipment data, POS scans, and trade spend analytics from Vividly to surface trends, assess risk, and validate assumptions across SKUs

Collaborate with leadership to select and implement a new demand planning system; oversee data integration with NetSuite and Vividly for seamless accuracy and efficiency

Act as the objective voice in forecast discussions, balancing Sales optimism with data-driven, operationally sound projections

Share timely forecast updates, risks, and opportunities across departments to keep Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance working from one unified plan
