Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy - $2,766 per week in Herrin, IL

Job Title : Endoscopy Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Endoscopy Nurse Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday - Friday Hours per Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Endoscopy nursing License : Current Illinois Registered Nurse license Certifications : Current CPR / BLS Card Must-Have : Proficiency in performing the following procedures : colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, PEG tube placement, bronchoscopic procedures, esophageal stenting, and pain procedures. Ability to perform moderate sedation and EPIC charting. Description : Endoscopy position available for 13 weeks. On-call requirement includes up to 2 weeknights and 2 weekend days with a 45-minute call-back time. Floating to other facilities within the organization may be required. Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Provide explanations and instructions to patients or responsible persons. Demonstrate the ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in continuing education. Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
