The Role

Were seeking a motivated Small Business Insurance Producer to build relationships and drive new commercial sales with contractors, trucking, retail, and local service businesses.

What Youll Do

• Prospect and manage a pipeline of small business clients.
• Cold call, network, and close new commercial accounts.
• Present proposals and negotiate with multiple carriers.
• Achieve $1M in new premium written in your first year.
• Collaborate with a dedicated service team for onboarding and renewals.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of insurance or B2B sales experience preferred (motivated entry-level considered).
• P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Competitive, entrepreneurial, and driven by results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $40K$50K + 20% new business commission + 25% renewals .
• Quarterly bonuses for exceeding premium targets.
