Job descriptionGreet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit Answer questions about the menu, assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders Ability to communicate in English, fluency in other Chinese is a PLUS Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, and manage reservations and seating arrangements, including waitlist management during peak times Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming No prior experience required; both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome Dough Zone USA and Moji Food are committed to creating a diverse work environment and are proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
