Schedule : Flexible | You set your own hours

Compensation : Percentage-based split

About the Role

We’re seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) . This is a great fit for someone who loves flexibility, independence, and being part of a collaborative, holistic community.

As a contractor, you will :

Set your own schedule and manage your own caseload

Provide play-based, family-centered therapy

Incorporate sensory and reflex integration principles

Communicate directly with families for coordination and follow-up

Collaborate with like-minded professionals in a supportive, creative environment

You’ll receive access to our space, equipment, referrals, and administrative support, with a percentage-based earnings model .

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) in Ohio

Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, sensory integration, and / or reflex integration

Strengths-based, collaborative, and holistic approach

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Organized, self-driven, and professional
