Director of Operations

Part 135 operator based in South Florida (FLL Airport) is looking for a full-time Director of Operations.

REQUIREMENTS :

• At least 3 years of experience, within the past 6 years, as Pilot-in-Command under part 135 or part 121
• Prior experience as Director of Operations or Chief Pilot not required, but preferred
• Relevant college degree preferred
• Good interpersonal skills, oral / written communication
• Strong analytical skills along with ability to think outside the box
• Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure, in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Energetic / Self starter
• Ability to be consistent and persistent
• Team player
• Full-time position : 365 / 24 / 7 operation - must be willing to work nights and weekends and holidays, if required
• Mandatory requirement : lives in South Florida or is willing to relocate
