Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.

Role :

• Salary : Base $280,000-$300,000
• Hours : Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7 : 30a – 5 : 00p (last patient is scheduled at 4 : 15)
• Work / Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel – 60-90 patients’ max
• Manage PCP’s and NP’s
• Patient Population : Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
• Value Based Care
