Position Overview / Responsibilities
As a Senior Lease Accountant , you will :
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of lease documentation, ensuring compliance with ASC 842 and accurate recording of lease schedules.
- Oversee the entry and maintenance of lease data within the accounting system, ensuring data integrity and alignment with contractual terms.
- Manage lease-related activities within financial close processes, including journal entry preparation, review, and approval.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, reviewing lease agreements and interpreting terms for proper accounting treatment.
- Identify and lead process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of lease accounting operations.
