Description
Job Overview : Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property portfolio is maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives. Responsibilities include working closely with the Board of Directors and / or the developer to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff. Strong management skills, customer service skills, and time-management skills are required.

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. Experience with financial and accounting programs, mechanical operations, and construction is preferred. 1-3 years property management experience is preferred. Knowledge of Texas statutes, governing documents, and customer service principles is required. Must have excellent communication skills, be able to read and interpret complex documents, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation : $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
