In the Role

• Multitask effectively and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions based on their needs.
• Manage the lifecycle of loans, including collections activities while upholding compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit a passion for achievement, showcasing an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the loans, terms, and their options.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturdays.
