We have a Permanent Blow Mold Manager position with our client at their Santa Fe Springs, CA location. Will oversee direct blow molding operators and overall department workflow - 50% on floor and 50% in office.

• 7+ years in blow molding operations, 3+ years leadership experience in a packaging / manufacturing environment
• Strong technical and mechanical knowledge of blow molding equipment
• Proven leadership experience with hiring / coaching / managing of operators
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance coordination

Must be onsite (LA County, CA). Competitive salary to 130,000+ and bonus plus full benefits. Salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors help .
