We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at a mid-sized trucking company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting our operations by managing load data, assisting with dispatch, and ensuring top-tier communication with our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently enter loads into Prophesy transportation software within 10-20 minutes of request.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Track drivers and provide timely updates to customers.
- Support Dispatch and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Update customer portals and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time attendance and notify management immediately if absent.
- Follow and support all ISO 9001 standards in alignment with our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Participate in ongoing reviews and implementation of QMS processes and procedures.
