Overview
A leading global alternative investment manager focusing on private equity, credit, and real estate is seeking an experienced professional to fill a role in Enterprise Data support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and resolve Jira tickets pertinent to Enterprise Data support issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Reference Data, Risk, Engineering, and other teams, to address and resolve data-related problems.
- Perform initial triage of support tickets, categorizing issues based on severity and urgency.
- Provide thorough communication updates to stakeholders on the status and resolution of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for recurring issues to build a knowledge base.
- Assist in implementing temporary and long-term solutions to recurring data issues.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss open issues and progress reports.
- Understand and uphold data governance policies and best practices within the organization.
- Maintain and ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, or a related field.8 years of experience in an L4 support role, preferably within data management.Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.Knowledge of data management platforms and tools is a plus.Experience with ThinkFolio, Aladdin, or similar systems is advantageous.Compensation
Base pay range : $65.00 / hr – $65.00 / hr
Pay rate : $65 – $90 / hr
