Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Manager in Mukwonago, WI to work with a local general contractor that specializes in ground-up commercial construction throughout the country.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Duties :

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, cost reports, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct regular job site visits, progress meetings, and safety audits.
• Manage project financials, including billing, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Drive project closeout including punch lists, warranty documentation, and client turnover.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals for new opportunities.
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and value engineering options.
• Assist in preconstruction planning, project buyout, and scope definition.
• Support business development and estimating teams by providing historical cost data and constructability input.
