Shift : Nights, 6 : 45p–7 : 15a

Schedule : Every other weekend required

Hours : 12-hour shifts

On Call : None

Facility : 78-bed general hospital

Unit Description :

LDRP unit providing full-scope maternal and newborn care, including :

Couplet Care

Attendance at all deliveries

Low-risk antepartum care

Transition Nursery

Occasional float (as helping hands only, no patient assignment) to Med / Surg or Senior Behavioral Health, rotating 2-hour intervals

Requirements : Active CT RN License

Minimum of 2 years of recent LDRP experience

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

Advanced NRP

AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

C-EFM (via NCC)

Preferred : STABLE certification
