Summary :
Reporting to the Manager of Bison Shop, the Bison Shop Coordinator supports daily operations, strategic planning, and interdepartmental collaboration to meet revenue goals and ensure security, which foster a customer-centric culture, address customer concerns, and enhance satisfaction and retention.
Job Description :
Assists the Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support store initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
Assists the Manager in ensuring security and loss prevention measures are in place.
Provides guidance, direction, and support to paraprofessional staff and other team members to efficiently complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
Coordinates recruitment, training, and supervision of paraprofessional staff to ensure efficient store operations and exceptional customer service.
Collaborates closely with the Manager to assign work activities, schedule shifts, and direct operational functions to optimize productivity and service quality.
Manages website and online sales platforms, ensuring accurate and updated product listings.
Oversees online order operations, including packaging, tracking, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Supervise floor operations, including merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Assists the Manager in conducting regular inventory audits, managing stock levels, and coordinating replenishment orders to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
Assists the Manager to develop and execute advertising and promotional strategies to increase store visibility, drive foot and online traffic, and boost sales.
Assists in creating marketing materials, including print ads, digital content, and social media posts, to promote store events, promotions, and new arrivals.
Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising platforms to identify new opportunities for promoting the Bison Shop effectively.
Fosters a customer-centric culture by providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance to visitors of Bison Shop and addressing their inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive resolution and foster customer loyalty.
Assists the Manager with implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Establishes and maintains a positive and supportive working relationship with co-workers and supervisors.
Demonstrates a genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and participates in activities and workshops to foster continuous learning.
Serves as a mandatory reporter under Title IX; and commits to completing Title IX training and other compliance requirements on an annual basis.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of three years of professional experience with customer services, business operations, or a related field.
Ability to communicate in American Sign Language.

Additional Position Details :
The incumbent must be able to work on flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak times and special events.
