IT Support Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Bell, CA. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and clean warehouse IT equipment, including RF scanner guns, wearable scanners, label printers, laser printers, Android tablets, and smartphones.
• Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure it is up to date.
• Document and track all support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
• Provide training and support to end-users on various IT tools and applications.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.

The pay range for this role is $24.04 - $26.44 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
