Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join its team in Bronx, NY .

The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive pediatric care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and promote preventive health for children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pediatric assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Manage both acute and chronic health conditions, ensuring appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on growth, nutrition, immunizations, and preventive care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support community health outreach efforts.
