Overview

smartdept. is searching for aWeb Designer with strong UX expertise to lead the redesign of our luxury client's website. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is afully remotecontract opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Website Design : Continuously refine and elevate imagery on the website to reflect the pinnacle of ultra-luxury travel.
• Website Design : Design compelling website elements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Designing a homepage and supplement pages, along with creating a scalable design system, component library, and a responsive header and footer.
• The ideal candidate will incorporate the luxury brand into a compelling visual storytelling strategy, ensuring both mobile and desktop responsiveness.
• Additional responsibilities include collaborating on brand storytelling, applying SEO best practices, supporting visual and text content, and providing website training or documentation for handoff.
• Your focus will be on front-end design, user journey mapping, and seamless collaboration throughout the project.
• Luxury Brand Storytelling : Translate the brand ethos of sustainable luxury, cultural authenticity, and transformative experiences of awe, joy, and beauty into a cohesive and compelling visual narrative across all platforms.
• Consistency & Excellence : Ensure meticulous adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring every image reflects the company's uncompromising commitment to an ultra-luxe aesthetic
• Collaboration : Partner with the marketing team, CMO, and external stakeholders to align design solutions with the broader marketing and business objectives.
