Job descriptionClinical Details : Urologist needed to support ambulatory clinic, perform OR procedures, and support hospital call and emergent needs. Clinic : 18-22 patients per day. Required Procedures : Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds. Call : Call coverage is for ER and hospital. 30min response time. Average Admissions While On Call : 0 EMR : EPIC Support Staff : Not specified Board Status : Board Certified; Board Eligible DEA Required : Yes State Licensure : Illinois license required to apply; Accepts IMLC Minimum Experience : 1 year Certifications Required : ACLS; BLS CSR License Required : Yes Notes : Will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates
