Clinicians in Technology (NP / PA Board Certified)

Insight Global is recruiting Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with an interest in transitioning out of the patient-facing role to join the team of a health-tech company. This company uses AI to make it easier for patients to get their medications, specifically dealing with insurances, pharmacy coordination, and affordability. The NPs / PAs will be using their clinical experience to inform everything from how medical records are interpreted to how treatment decisions are supported with the end goal of improving speed, accuracy, and consistency of patient access workflows across the board. This is a cross-functional role that blends clinical expertise with systems thinking.

We are requiring :

• 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP / PA with the associated education and licensure (or similar level of clinical licensure)
• Experience in an outpatient and / or specialty setting with deep understanding of prior authorizations
• Interested in making a career change out of a patient-facing role and into a tech-centric and data focused environment

This is a permanent hire role located onsite in Manhattan offering fully covered benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, daily catered lunch in office, 401k contribution, FSA options, commuter benefits, and covered mental health memberships.

The salary ranges between $100-140k.
