North Shore, MA (Peabody, Lynn, Salem, Beverly, surrounding areas)

Monday-Friday, 8 AM 4 PM | No nights, weekends, or weekends

Hybrid schedule 2 days remote, 3 days in the field / office

Salary : 73k to 90's k

Complete in-home assessments and create care plans

What Were Looking For :

Active MA RN license (required)

Nursing experience (home care, case management, or community health a plus)

Strong communication and organization skills

Reliable transportation for local travel
