About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to play a pivotal role in the next phase of its rapid growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the development of exceptional financial modeling, establishing forecasting and budgeting processes, and building KPIs and analytics to support decision-making across the business. This role demands a dynamic individual with a background in investment banking, experience in VC / PE firms, or corporate finance / M&A advisory, and a proven track record in strategic financial planning. The VP of Finance will also oversee the accounting function, manage a Controller, and work closely with the CFO on mid and long-term strategic planning, as well as support negotiations and fundraising activities.

Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should possess exceptional financial modeling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of commercial acumen. While not essential, experience in a VC-backed SaaS or Fintech start-up, particularly in scaling from $25m to $50m+ ARR, and a background in debt capital markets, would be highly valued.
