Manager Development Program

This program is based out of our Rosemont, IL corporate office, and candidates must be able to live locally during the training period. Upon successful completion of the program, the individual hired will be expected to relocate to manage one of our new or existing offices within the Midwest region. We are unable to consider applicants who cannot relocate at the end of the program.

Our 12-18 month program offers an immersive experience designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for a leadership role in a new market location. You'll rotate through key departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service, gaining a 360-degree view of our business. By the end of the program, you'll be prepared to take on a managerial position at one of our new or existing locations.

Required : At least two years of proven leadership & Management experience. A passion for leading teams and delighting customers. Flexibility to relocate within 18 months.

Preferred : A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.

Hours : 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday; 1 Hour Lunch

Pay Range : $75,000
