Traditional Billing Structure : Base salary : $140,000 - $175,000 2,004 annual billing hours Performance and merit bonuses Business development incentives Base salary : $90,000 - $130,000 Flexible monthly billing : 90 - 160 hours Performance bonuses Business development incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Life insurance Health savings account Generous PTO Two EAPs Ancillary insurance Over 13 paid holidays annually 6+ years of substantial personal injury defense litigation experience. Significant experience defending commercial motor carriers. Proven track record of managing complex defense cases from inception through resolution. Leadership experience in depositions, hearings, and mediations. Texas Bar admission and current Texas residence.
