Job Description

The Director / Principal must have 3 years administration experience in addition to at least 3 years of classroom teaching experience. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for authentic early childhood education. A Bachelor is required, experience with STEM and Charter school preferred, and Montessori, Reggio or Waldorf credential is a plus.

Responsibilities include the following :

• All aspects of daily operations
• Planning and implementation of both short and long-term goals of the organization
• Oversight of annual fundraising efforts and Capital Campaign implementation
• Ensuring successful adherence to Stars for Quality criteria and the Georgia Regulated Child Care statutes
• Faculty support, development and evaluation
• Sound fiduciary management of the organization'
