The Sales Support Representative provides customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts.

Knowledgeable in processing of "on behalf of" orders, quotes

• Knowledgeable and effective when assisting dealers / distributors with entry methods and special pricing.
• Understands the customer service process, warranties and processing of field service orders.
• Knowledgeable of order the order flow process : from customer through manufacturing to shipping
• Ability to manage all types of order change requests and communicate order change costs to the customer.

Compensation

$20.15 per hour
